Clinelle Pureswiss Hydracalm x Guardian Online Giveaway- Terms & Conditions

The following rules apply to the Clinelle Pureswiss Hydracalm x Guardian Online Giveaway (“Giveaway”), organized by Esthetics International Group Berhad (“The Organizer”). The giveaway is governed by the terms and conditions (including any amendments made thereto by Esthetics International Group Berhad from time to time) herein contained (“Terms and Conditions”). By entering, you are deemed to have read, understood, accepted and agreed to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of The Organizer, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Exchange Program.

1. This giveaway is open to all Malaysian residents aged 18 and with a valid Malaysian National Registration Identity Card except employees and immediate family members The Organizer, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/PR agencies and suppliers.

2. The Contest will run from 8th Sept 2020 – 13th Sept 2020.

3. How to Join?

i. Count the total product of Pureswiss hydracalm in the GIF image

ii. Reply your answer in the giveaway posting - comment column

5 x Prizes to be given out

Clinelle product hamper worth RM80 each

5. Each Contestant is entitled to win one (1) Prize only during the giveaway Period. Winner announcement will be made within three (3) weeks after the Contest Period ends. Prize fulfilment would take place within three (3) weeks after winner announcement is made.

6. All Winners' will be notified by The Organizer within one (1) week from the time the winner announcement is made. In the event that the Winner does not receive any notification from The Organizer during the stipulated time period, the Winner is required to contact the Organizer via Facebook Direct Message within one (1) week from the giveaway’s closing date; failing which, the Prize will be forfeited. The Organizer reserves the right to use any other method or medium it deems fit at its sole and absolute discretion for the purpose of announcing the Winners

7. Contestants can comment as many entries as they wish.

8. Only contestants who fulfill the giveaway Mechanism stated above shall be eligible to win the Prize. Incomplete entries and/or Participants that fail to fulfill the giveaway mechanism will automatically be disqualified from the giveaway without notice.

9. Entries must be submitted within the respective qualifying date. Otherwise, the entry will be disqualified. The Organizer may at its sole discretion amend, change or extend the qualifying dates for any of the qualifying weeks.

10. By participating, the participant consents to the processing of personal data in connection with participation in the giveaway. The Organizer may add the personal information to its database, which is confidential and will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

11. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who does not comply with any of these Terms and Conditions.

12. All products awarded “as is” and are strictly not for sale, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash.

13. The Organizer accepts no responsibility for products lost or damaged due to any other error.

14. The Organizer reserves the right to vary, extend, suspend or terminate the terms and conditions of this giveaway at its sole discretion.
